Dear Family and Friends,
I finally arrived at 2:39 p.m. on Friday May 9th. My name is Sadie Catherine Brackett. I was named after my two great great grandmothers. I weighed 7 lbs and 5 oz and I was 20.5 inches tall.
My mom and dad are doing great! They have already started to tell me stories about each and every one of you and I have to admit...some of you sound like some real characters. I am just so excited to meet you!

Ok, so I'm not related, and I'm jealous of all who are. Maybe by the time you can talk though, you will be calling me Auntie Champagne! I'm thrilled that you are a chick! The world needs more of 'em. Tell your mom and dad that I can't wait to meet you! I am going to fetch MY little chick from college tomorrow, but will call your mom soon for a quick meet and greet. You be a good girl for your m & d and I'll see you soon. Hugs (after I've washed my hands) to you and the 'rents.
